Our Master's student Adrian Salcedo attended the Translating Europe Forum
As part of the European Masters in Translation network, our department was invited to send a student to the Translation Studies Forum in Brussels.
The Forum comprises three days of discussion and networking. This year's focus was predictably on Generative AI and its impact on the language industries, especially translators.
Translation students from member programs all across Europe were able to meet at the Forum. The discussions and information will help them map out their future careers as translators.
